How we do it

From a garden under the sea

We don't need to use gelatine to make delicious jelly desserts.  All we need is agar!

Agar usually comes in the form of a powder, which gets extracted from red fern-like seaweeds around the world.  We gets ours from the beautiful East Cape in the North Island and blend it with the sweetness of real fruit juice.

Go on and sniff your jelly!  Agar is odourless, flavourless, has no calories, no carbs, no sugar and is extremely high in fibre.
